-Keep track of warranty claims processing returns and investigating product issues
-Input vendor invoices into internal system for work orders and accounting purposes
-Scan/copy all necessary documents into database
-Process manufacturers return goods authorization and track shipping
-Prepare claims either on manually or in manufacturers website
-Monitor settlements from manufacturers and process credits
-Maintain updated product spreadsheets
-Other duties as assigned
-1-2 years in similar role
-Experience using a CRM software
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
