Join our Commercial team in Düsseldorf and directly shape the shopping experience of hundreds of thousands of customers. As part of the Pricing Team youll analyze data monitor market trends and help us deliver the best value for money - from bundle offers to pricing strategies. Youll also work closely with our Category Teams and contribute to exciting projects across the business.
What challenges await you
- Product & pricing management: Manage and maintain our product assortment in the system including article creation product information accuracy and price monitoring.
- Market & competitor analysis: Track market developments customer needs and competitor activity to optimize our offering.
- Data-driven optimization: Analyze customer shopping behavior to improve assortment selection app interaction pricing and promotions.
- Content creation: Support with marketing texts recommendations for out-of-stock products and other content to enhance customer engagement.
- Cross-functional projects: Collaborate with Category Managers Tech Teams Copywriters and Supply Chain to sustainably improve product availability reduce food waste and create a seamless shopping experience.
Your superpowers
- Ideally in the final stages of your Bachelors or already pursuing a Masters degree in Business Administration Economics E-Commerce AnalyticsEngineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset you enjoy tackling challenges with data and Google sheet application or dashboards dont scare you.
- Previous relevant experience (e.g. in FMCG retail pricing category management or analytical/product-focused roles) is a plus.
- Organizational skills and a proactive mindset - you like taking ownership and responsibility.
- Passion for food retail and the digital grocery industry.
- Fluency in English (German is a strong plus).
- Availability to work1620 hours per week.
