Inviting applications for the role of Manager Techno- Functional Business Analyst!
In this role we are seeking a highly skilled Techno Functional Business Analyst (Tech BA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. This role requires close collaboration with engineering DevOps QA and product teams to ensure secure reliable and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical environments CI/CD pipeline management and software quality assurance.
Responsibilities
Technical Oversight: Collaborate with Technology teams to ensure that proprietary software solutions are designed and implemented according to best practices for security reliability and scalability.
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Oversee CI/CD practices by ensuring adherence to established standards. Optimize pipeline configurations to support efficient automated testing continuous delivery and deployment workflows.
Quality Assurance: Work with QA teams to establish and enforce quality standards across project deliveries. Conduct sanity checks and release validations to ensure production readiness and minimal defects.
Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Liaise with stakeholders to gather analyze and translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories.
Technical Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation including process flows technical requirements and deployment guides.
Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring alignment on goals timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field.
Relevant years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst Systems Analyst or similar role in a software development environment.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proven experience working with CI/CD pipelines tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI Azure DevOps) and related automation processes.
Familiarity with QA methodologies and experience with test case validation defect tracking and release management.
Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and integrating security into the CI/CD pipeline.
Proficiency with version control systems (e.g. Git) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
Experience with JIRA Confluence or similar collaboration and project management tools.
Certifications such as CBAP PMI-PBA or Agile/SAFe certifications. (Optional)
