What youll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern Global Security Communications Support
Location: Remote (anywhere in the USA)
Expected Start Date: January 2026
Duration: 6 months with a possibility to extend to 12 months
Work Hours: 20 hours per week
In this role youll
Re-design content repositories (SharePoint sites)
Fully manage internal SharePoint web sites
Manage SAP Global Security News blog including monitoring security newsletters from colleagues editing and posting articles tracking metrics creating and sending one consolidated security newsletter quarterly
Research topics to support content creation
Create content for internal and external channels (articles blogs social media posts)
Support internal events including creating invitations registration follow up emails and promotion via different channels
Cross-unit communications to support Security Culture Diversity Equity and Inclusion
Partner with the SAP Global Security communications leads and other key functions to ensure relevant aligned and effective communications
Participate in weekly alignment calls with communications leads bringing fresh ideas to the grou
What you bring:

Excellent in English language writing editing skills German is a plus
Experience with social media and blogging
Experience with MS Office software (Word Outlook PowerPoint Teams)
Ideally experienced with SharePoint design and management
Photo and video editing is a plus
Educational requirements
Candidates must be enrolled in a University
Preferred fields of study: Communications or Journalism
