The impact you will have:

The Operational Automation & AI Specialist plays a pivotal role in transforming and modernizing operational processes through intelligent automation and AI. Reporting to the Director Customer Success & Operations Improvement this role requires a deep operational understanding and the ability to assess end-to-end business workflows for opportunities to design develop and implement scalable automation solutions. They will be responsible for identifying tactical and strategic improvement opportunities leveraging automation platforms and AI technologies to enhance accuracy efficiency and quality across the organization. They will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external experts to deliver both immediate impact and long-term innovation. By automating manual workflows and applying AI to reduce turnaround times and improve reliability of outputs this role will champion transformational ideas that enable scalable growth and continuous improvement.

What you will do:

• Analyze and understand complex end-to-end operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and AI-driven enhancements.
• Design develop and deploy intelligent automation tools to streamline operational workflows
• Collaborate with leaders subject matter experts IT professionals and external experts to understand business needs and apply AI technologies to enhance accuracy reduce manual errors and optimize operational outputs
• Lead the full lifecycle of automation projects from discovery and design through deployment and optimization ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful change management.
• Establish and maintain performance tracking mechanisms to measure the impact of automation initiatives analyze results and iterate for continuous improvement.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure successful integration of new tools provide training and support stakeholder engagement
• Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in the automation domain proactively recommending innovative solutions that drive operational excellence.
• Support the integration of new tools and technologies into existing workflows including training documentation and stakeholder engagement.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Technology or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in automation AI implementation or operational process improvement ideally within a complex or high-volume business environment.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms (e.g. Power Automate UiPath) and scripting languages (e.g. Python JavaScript) with a strong understanding of how these tools can be applied to real-world operational challenges.
• Operational acumen with a proven ability to assess redesign and optimize business workflows for accuracy efficiency and scalability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate operational pain points into technical solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working cross-functionally and managing change in complex environments.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement with a proactive approach to staying current on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
