Reporting to the Program Director for System Quality & Safety and providing direct support to the Chief and Administrator for Population Health the ProgramCoordinatorIII acts as the operational air traffic controller for population health program initiatives.

The role involves end-to-end coordination of over 10 recurring executive-level governance meetings managing cross-functional projects and serving as the departments program coordinator for all operational activities HR/payroll liaison work and process optimization. Working with a high level of independence this position supports leaders with strategic plans ensures seamless meeting execution and drives measurable outcomes that align with MUSCs Population Health strategic goals.

Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors degreein Health Administration Business Public Health or related field.
  • Seven (7) yearsof progressively responsible experience in project or program coordination including at least three (3) years supporting executive leadership.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MicrosoftOfficeSuite (advanced Outlook Excel PowerPoint Teams SharePoint).
  • Experience producing meeting minutes action logs and executivelevel communications.

PreferredQualifications & Certifications

  • Projectmanagement certification(e.g. PMP CAPM LeanSixSigma GreenBelt) or willingness to obtain within 12months.
  • Familiarity with enterprise HR/payroll systems (e.g. OurDay Axiom) and financial tracking.
