About the job Head of Nordic Commercial Excellence

As Head of Nordic ComEx you will be responsible for a relatively new team of 8 full-time employees and 4 student analysts. You will be part of the management team for Group SIME which further includes the Group Strategy M&A and Executive Office teams.

It will be your responsibility to:

  • Contribute to forming and establishing a clear vision and ambition for the Nordic ComEx team
  • Identify improve/develop and scale best commercial initiatives processes and ways of working for Tryg on a Scandinavian level with a customer-centric approach
  • Work with senior stakeholders across our Business Units to facilitate and accelerate change collaboration and value delivery
  • Develop the Nordic ComEx agenda with commercial initiatives to support our 2027 strategy and play into the needs of the business units to drive real impact
  • Lead and develop a highly ambitious team of skilled professionals
  • Contribute to the management team in Group SIME to ensure that we remain at the forefront of how we provide strategic support across Tryg

About you A leader with a strong commercial background

To succeed in this role we expect a strong ability to lead and succeed through others excellent stakeholder management skills and a bias towards action and impact.

Ideally you have a business background with experience in commercial roles within the insurance or similar industries and you understand how to navigate a matrix organization. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience with prior team management responsibility. You are an excellent communicator and you have a proven ability to work efficiently and make change happen across all levels and various departments of an organization. You must be able to work in Scandinavian.
