Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :

Owning the balance between supply and demand you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products reach customers efficiently and reliably. As a Supply Planning Specialist based in the Philippines youll manage inventory streamline processes and coordinate with multiple teams to keep our supply chain agile and cost-effective. This position allows you to directly impact customer satisfaction by reducing disruptions and driving continuous improvement throughout the supply network

Responsibilities :

Manage stock availability to meet customer requirements while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Coordinate replenishment with source plants ensuring timely production and delivery of products.
Lead new product planning efforts collaborating with sourcing countries and cross-functional teams to support launches and relaunches.
Act as the central communication hub for aligning departments on the supply plan.
Anticipate and respond to supply chain disruptions proactively mitigating risks.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for greater supply chain efficiency and cost reduction

Required Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in any Engineering course.
At least 1 year of experience in Supply Planning and/or Supply Chain Management.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and numeracy skills

Preferred Qualifications :

Strong analytical and technical skills including the use of data analysis and forecasting models.
Demonstrated strategic and business acumen with an understanding of full supply chain operations.
Effective collaboration skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and external partners.
Self-starter mindset with planning prioritization and adaptability to changing environments.
Customer-oriented with a focus on end-to-end thinking and proactive problem-solving
