Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technical staff
Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and continuous improvement
Support professional development and performance management initiatives
Client Engagement
Serve as the primary liaison for key clients ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Translate client objectives into actionable project plans
Lead proposal development and deliver compelling client presentations
Market Awareness & Business Development
Stay informed on industry trends regulatory changes and emerging technologies
Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company strategy
Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to enhance market presence
Technical Expertise
Oversee civil engineering design permitting and construction processes
Review and approve technical deliverables to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
Provide innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges across all project phases
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
Proven experience in civil infrastructure projects team leadership and client management
Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills
