Now Hiring: Therapist Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Peoria AZ Deer Valley AZ

Join our team and support members in recovery from substance use PTSD post-incarceration challenges and co-occurring conditions.

What Youll Do:

Facilitate IOP groups & individual therapy sessions
Develop and update treatment plans
Utilize evidence-based practices (CBT REBT MI)
Collaborate with care teams & families
Maintain accurate documentation & confidentiality

What Youll Bring:

Masters degree in behavioral health 2 years experience
Associate license (LAC LMSW LAAC) or ability to obtain within 6 months
Current CPR/First Aid & Crisis De-escalation certifications
Strong communication skills & EHR proficiency
21 with background check TB drug/alcohol screen and MVR clearance
