Description

SpeechCom Inc. is hiring a CA Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to serve a school district in Paramount CA for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year.

Details:

3 hours per day (possibility of extending the workday)
5 days per week
Pay: $36-$42 per hour depending on experience
Assigned to provide care to a 14-year old female student
Must be able to perform a range of duties that include but are not limited to; seizure monitoring G-tube feeding; catheterization care oxygen monitoring nasal cannula care and secretion suctioning.
Must pass LiveScan
New TB Test to be completed

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of district policies and procedures.
Ability to collaborate with families and classroom teacher.
Collaborate with a team of nurses.
Must have the ability to provide the following care: seizure monitoring G-tube feeding; catheterization care oxygen monitoring nasal cannula care and secretion suctioning.

Education and Experience:

Current CA state-issued LVN License required

$36.00 - $42.00 per hour
