THE ROLE
This is a 10-month fixed-term role with the potential for extension. We are lookingfor someone to start as soon as possible. This role is a full time fixed term position and works withinour current hybrid working structure where you will be expected to work within our office inLondon at a minimum 3 days per week.
The primary role of the Staffing Manager is to take a proactive role in deliveringproject excellence by sourcing training and managing field staff for our clientprojects. You will be a key member of the team and integral to the day today delivery of projects managing a team of juniors and reporting directly into the Business Director DACH. This not only involves brilliant planning and delivery ofindividual campaigns but as importantly requires a pro-active attitude that engenders loyaltyand buy-in from field teams which in turn ensures that relationships with clients are grown inline with expectations.

This role offers a salary between 45000 - 48000 depending on experience.
