Job Summary
We are seeking a high-impact executive to lead Site Development and Construction Services divisions nationwide for our client who is a leader in wireless communications infrastructure. This role carries full P&L responsibility for a $100M business unit with a mandate to drive profitable growth operational excellence and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Financial Leadership: Own P&L drive revenue growth optimize cost structures and ensure strong financial performance.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee site development and construction services across multiple markets ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Business Growth: Identify and execute market expansion opportunities develop new service offerings and strengthen client relationships.
- Leadership & Culture: Build mentor and retain high-performing inclusive teams; foster collaboration and accountability.
- Industry Presence: Represent the company at senior customer meetings industry events and leadership forums.
- 1520 years of leadership experience in telecom construction services or real estate infrastructure.
- Proven success managing a $100M P&L and delivering measurable growth.
- Strong financial acumen strategic vision and customer engagement skills.
- Track record of leading large diverse teams in complex matrixed organizations.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
- Willingness to work from a designated office and travel frequently.
