PROGRAM OPERATION:
Perform all instructional duties necessary to teach and facilitate student learning in assigned classes.
Provide syllabus appropriate to course(s) being taught to students and follows syllabus content and requirements.
Maintain student attendance and grading records according to College policy as outlined in the Adjunct Handbook.
Submit requested information within established timelines.
STUDENTS:
Be available to students outside scheduled class time to answer questions or provide assistance.
Deal with student concerns and if necessary consult with program coordinator to resolve issues.
INSTRUCTION:
Meet all scheduled classes of contracted course(s).
Use technology such as Canvas PowerPoint etc. as appropriate.
In event of emergency absence notifies program/department chair.
Conduct all activities with an appreciation and respect for diversity of people styles and views.
Promote same as an integral part of ones work.
Candidates must upload a copy of their unofficial transcripts (all available) in order to be considered for faculty roles.

All responsibilities will be conducted within the parameters of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) other applicable regulatory requirements and professional standards.
A qualified faculty member in Cyber Security/Information Assurance (CSIA) meets the program standard through one ofthe following threeroutes:
Possesses an earned masters degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution in informationtechnologyas appropriate to the program; or
Possesses an earned related or out-of-field masters degree from a regionally accredited institution with documentation in two or more of the following:
Possesses an earned bachelors degree from a regionally accredited institution information technologyor relatedfield as appropriate to the program with documentation intwoor more of the following:

Official college transcripts required upon hiring and employment contingent on acceptable criminal background checks.
Work Hours:
Day evening and/or Saturday classes based on class schedule and enrollment.
Hiring Range:
$47.35 per classroom contact hour
