Location: Multiple Locations in Florida (Orlando Tampa Doral Fort Lauderdale)
Job Type: Contract Full-Time 7 Months

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Office Clerks to provide administrative and data entry support for a high-volume office environment. This role requires attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential documents accurately. Candidates will be responsible for managing referrals complaints records and financial review documents in compliance with operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive review and process referrals complaints and reports.

  • Open establish and maintain case files according to agency procedures.

  • Process financial review documents with accuracy and attention to compliance standards.

  • Coordinate with supervisors to facilitate case assignments.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential records.

  • Use case management software along with Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook to complete daily tasks.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years of professional administrative office experience.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.

  • Excellent data entry and typing accuracy.

  • At least 6 months of experience handling referrals complaints reports or case management.

  • 6 months of experience processing financial documents.

  • Familiarity with case management systems (highly preferred).

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience using Versa Regulation software (highly desirable).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to follow detailed administrative procedures.
