Job Summary

A dynamic retail company is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer/ Art Direction to join their fast-paced creative team in Cape Town Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have a strong fashion retail design portfolio hands-on art direction experience and the ability to collaborate across multiple brands in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative graphic design solutions with a strong fashion handwriting.
Support art direction by creating mood boards concepts and participating in photoshoots with live models.
Collaborate with stylists agencies and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment.
Participate actively in photoshoots including sourcing locations props styling and execution.
Contribute ideas and solutions in brainstorming sessions while also delivering independently.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or Marketing-related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in Graphic Design and 8 months 2 years exposure in Art Direction.
Strong portfolio showcasing fashion retail/fashion detail design work.
Exposure to art direction processes including brand understanding and campaign development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-brand high-volume retail environment.
Solution-driven proactive and able to balance teamwork with independent initiative.
