Job Summary

Introduction

Our client seeks to appoint aTrade Tested Turner Machinistwith at least 5 years post trade test experience in aheavy machineryenvironment.

Must be able tooperate and maintain lathesand other machining equipment includingboring millsas well asthread cutting and machining of hard chrome shaft/materialand the ability toanalyse and implement corrective measureson mechanical wear of old machinery/toolsrebuilding of worn-out parts alignmentmanufacture of spare components and be capable ofreading and interpreting drawings blueprints and specifications.

Matric/Grade 12 Trade Tested Machinistand 5 years direct experience as aTurner Machinistin aheavy equipmentenvironment.
