Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to understand their data governance needs and challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance strategies and best practices
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks policies and procedures
- Utilize Tableau for data processing analytics and governance activities
- Conduct assessments of data quality and compliance with governance policies
- Provide recommendations for improvements in data management and governance processes
- Document data architecture designs standards and best practices and provide guidance and support to ensure adherence across stakeholders.
- Train and mentor team members on data governance principles and tools
- Provide stakeholder support ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical solutions
Job Qualifications:
- Understanding of master data in procurement and data governance processes and frameworks
- Project and/or program management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience working with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or PowerBI and dashboard development a big plus
- Any prior experience managing environmental social and governance initiatives is a big plus
- Understanding of SQL or similar query language to get the most out of data visualization is a plus.
- Understanding of procurement processes and analytical software is a plus
The annual salary range for California is $88200 to $163800. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus equity and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location.
