We are seeking an experienced and values-driven leader for the Head of Learning Leadership & Professional Development role. As part of the senior leadership team and reporting to the Chief People Officer this is a pivotal position that will shape learning experiences leadership pathways and professional development initiatives across our diverse workforce.

In this role you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of learning and professional development strategies that build capability across the organisation.
• Partner with leaders to diagnose learning needs and design impactful programs frameworks and pathways.
• Drive leadership capability through innovative learning initiatives coaching and development programs.
• Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) annual learning catalogue and blended learning solutions.
• Ensure learning is inclusive and fit-for-purpose meeting the needs of our Supported Employees frontline teams and leaders.
• Collaborate with teams across People & Wellbeing to align strategies in capability culture diversity and inclusion.
• Deliver high-quality governance reporting and evaluation on learning effectiveness and return on investment.
• Lead and inspire a team of Learning Specialists and Digital Content Creators to achieve outcomes and foster innovation.

About you

You are a strategic people-focused leader with a proven record in driving organisational capability. You bring:

• Demonstrated success in leading Learning & Organisational Development functions in complex service-focused organisations.
• Strong ability to design and deliver contemporary learner-centric programs that lift performance and leadership impact.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills to engage senior leaders and partners.
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Adult Education or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Expertise in project management program evaluation and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
• A values-based leadership approach that empowers others embraces change and drives continuous improvement.
