Job Summary

Come join the iconic Hilton Chicago team as they have a unique opportunity in HR! They are looking for a Senior Human Resources Coordinator that will support the team in all Human Resources functions to include employment training & development labor relations Team Member engagement and benefits & perks.


What will I be doing

Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Act as one of the first points of contact between hotel Team Members Managers and the Human Resources team.
  • Provide elevated customer service to internal and external guests by leveraging interpersonal communication skills.
  • In partnership with Human Resources leadership own the employment life cycle of Team Members to include onboarding and separation.
  • Coordinate hotel recognition and engagement initiatives to include weekly monthly quarterly and annual celebrations.
  • Administers and maintains electronic and paper data to include HRIS systems and Excel logs.
  • Create communication materials to include flyers newsletters presentations and other attractive visual media.
  • Communicate complex issues and challenges to Human Resources leadership.
  • Maintain current knowledge and understanding of the Human Resources functions.
