Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during invasive cardiovascular procedures

• Operate and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment

• Monitor patient vitals and provide procedural support

• Prepare patients and explain procedures clearly and compassionately

• Ensure compliance with safety hygiene and regulatory standards

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Education:

  • Completion of an accredited Cardiovascular Technologist Program (CVT)

  • or Certified Radiologic Technologist Program (CRT)

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years hospital experience

• Certifications (one or more required):

  • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)

  • Certified Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT)

  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)

• Licensure:

  • CRT: California Board of Health

  • RCIS: Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
