Your role
As a Sales Associate at GAP you will play a key role in creating a memorable and engaging experience for every customer. Youll be the face of the brand connecting with shoppers sharing product knowledge and supporting store operations across all areas. To be a successful Sales Associate at GAP you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support across sales fitting rooms and tills
- Drive sales by recommending products and using suggestive sales techniques
- Maintain a clean and organised welcoming store environment
- Follow all store procedures for handling returns exchanges and customer concerns
- Support operational processes including restocking back of house tasks and store presentation
- Work towards individual and team goals to contribute to overall store success
