Job Summary
The Compensation & HRIS Analyst supports People Operations by ensuring accurate employeedata managing HRIS functionality compliance and reporting and assisting with the employeelifecycle from onboarding through terminations. Serving as a system super user this role helpsstreamline processes conduct audits and improve cross-team addition theAnalyst supports DAP Healths compensation function by managing the job description libraryassisting leaders with new positions supporting pay practices and incentive plans conductingmarket analyses and developing reports and audit processes to ensure consistent andcompetitive compensation practices.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Draft and maintain documentation and procedures to support pay practices andincentive plans; assist leaders and the People Operations team in administeringprograms effectively.
  • Enter and maintain approved salary job codes and job titles in the HRIS (Paycom);collaborate with Payroll People Operations and IT to implement compensationchanges updates and dashboard management.
  • Support compensation activities including market pricing for new and updated positionsanalyzing survey data developing pay recommendations and participating in annualsalary surveys.
  • Create and manage compensation tools reports and audit processes; prepare andpresent analysis and recommendations to leadership to ensure consistency equity andtransparency.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS ensuring compliance withorganizational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as HRIS super user providing first-level support liaising with internal teams andPaycom support and overseeing system configurations workflows and upgrades.
  • Manage HRIS functionality including position management system testing reportingand optimization while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Oversee compliance processes such as documentation tracking and support employeelifecycle processes including onboarding and terminations.
  • Develop and deliver recurring and ad-hoc HRIS and People Operations reports tosupport data-driven decision-making.
  • Facilitate communication across teams support administrative tasks and ensure timelyand organized filing of HR records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Solid understanding of human resource laws regulations and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Prior knowledge of HRIS and Payroll systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize andmultitask effectively under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration Technology orrelated field (or equivalent experience) required.
  • Minimum 35 years of progressive experience in human resources with at least 23years in compensation analysis.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP)preferred.
