Position Summary: In-House Legal Advisor Specialization: Commercial Law (Pharmaceutical Sector).
Responsibilities:
Legal Advisory:
Provide expert legal advice to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulations affecting the pharmaceutical industry.
Contract Management:
Draft review and negotiate contracts and agreements related to the pharmaceutical sector.
Ensure that all contracts meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
Law degree from a recognized university.
Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in commercial law with a total of 10-15 years in the legal field.
Experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare sector is preferred with an understanding of various functions (regulatory supply chain etc.).
Previous experience as an in-house lawyer in a multinational company or in a law firm.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
