In the role as Scrum Master in our Software Agile Release Train you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will significantly contribute to the adoption of agile methodologies enhance cross-functional collaboration and guarantee clear visibility in project status.
The team you will be part of:
The team you will join comprises Release Train Engineers and Scrum Masters structured around eight Agile Release Trains supporting our development centers: DC Hearing DC Video Systems and DC Headset and Consumer. Within the global LACE organization which consists of Release Train Engineers (RTE) and Scrum Masters you will support our agile teams in completing the tasks established during our Planning Intervals (PIs).
We emphasize teamwork collaboration and coaching to ensure effective agile deliveries. Our aim is to constantly enhance agile development capabilities by developing agile coaching skills and offering training throughout the organization. By promoting lean-agile practices we aim to align agile implementation across the organisation globally using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Your contribution is appreciated and you will:
Be responsible for facilitating coaching and supporting one or two of our agile teams.
Significantly contribute to the adoption of agile methodologies enhance cross-functional collaboration through developing the agile mindset of the teams.
Guarantee clear visibility about the development and delivery progress.
Facilitate the SAFe events and scrum ceremonies for the teams
Stay curious of your team members take accountability for improving the collaboration and growth of a healthy culture
To perform well in the role we imagine that you:
Have a people grown mindset and a drive to deliver
A bachelors or masters degree in engineering Computer Science or a related field of study
Solid experience in a software development environment handling complex technical software solutions. Understand the complexity of embedded solutions and related difficulties
Documented experience in agile methodologies
Proficiency in working within a SCRUM or SAFe framework
An authentic interest to engage in a social and collaborative work environment is essential where milestones are celebrated together and issues are addressed through open discussion
Proficient project and stakeholder management skills
Effective communication skills fluent in both written and spoken English.
