Front Desk Receptionist Chiropractic & Wellness Office
At HealthSource Chiropractic of Lakeville & Progressive Rehab & Wellness were all about helping people feel their bestwhether its through an adjustment rehab or just a warm smile when they walk through our door. Our patients come in for care but they stick around because they feel like part of our family.
We need a Front Desk Receptionist who is equal parts friendly face scheduling ninja and master multitasker. Youll be the first impression patients have of usso if youre the type who can greet someone like an old friend while juggling phones insurance and scheduling (without breaking a sweat) youll fit right in.
Greet patients with a smile that says Were glad youre here!
Keep the schedule organized so everyone gets seen on time
Answer phones and help patients with questions (patience required phone voice optional)
Verify insurance and help with billing tasks (dont worry well train you)
Keep records tidy accurate and HIPAA-compliant
Support communication between patients and providers
Pitch in wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly
- A background in customer service medical office work or admin (bonus points if youve wrangled insurance before)
- Communication skills that make people feel heard and cared for
- The ability to stay cool and organized even when things get busy
- A team-player vibeyoure not above helping out wherever needed
- Bilingual Awesome! Not required but definitely a plus
- Reliabilitywe need someone we (and our patients) can count on
- $18$23/hour depending on experience
