Job Summary
Seeking motivated and talented individuals to join a dynamic team in various roles within the Personal Lines Insurance sector.

Responsibilities
Entry-Level Position:
- Assist with client inquiries and administrative tasks
- Learn the fundamentals of personal lines insurance
- Work towards obtaining necessary insurance licenses with company support
Personal Lines Account Manager:
- Manage a portfolio of clients providing exceptional service and support
- Handle policy renewals endorsements and claims processing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Personal Lines Producer:
- Focus on new business development and sales
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow a personal book of business
- Provide tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs
Commercial Producer:
- Focus on new business development and sales
- Leverage existing relationships and expertise to grow a commercial book of business
- Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver exceptional client service
Qualifications/Requirements
- Entry-Level Position: No prior experience required; willingness to learn and obtain licensing is essential
- Personal Lines Account Manager: Previous experience in personal lines insurance preferred; strong organizational and communication skills
- Personal Lines Producer: Sales-driven mindset with a proven ability to generate new business
- Commercial Producer: Experience in commercial insurance sales
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
