Salary: 35000 - 40000 per year

What Were Looking For
- Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.
- Registered Manager experience within a domiciliary care setting or a strong deputy manager with proven leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.
- Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting a diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care branch.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high-quality care standards.
- Support mentor and develop care staff to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
- Oversee staff scheduling payroll and operational performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients families and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in care delivery.
