Land Rover of Monctonis seeking a Temporary experienced service professional with a passion for the automotive industry who is looking to step up and make an impact as Service Manager.

As Service Manager youll guide a talented team of technicians and advisors while maintaining a strong customer-facing role. Youll help your team grow and thrive all while continuing to provide the exceptional customer experience that has earned us top ratings.

Compensation Commensurate with Knowledge Skills & Experience

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Lead mentor and inspire a team of service professionals.
  • Drive customer satisfaction profitability and service excellence.
  • Oversee repair procedures and uphold dealership standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and assist with complex diagnostics.
  • Manage shop tools equipment and organization to maximize efficiency.
  • Train and develop team members for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor productivity and performance to ensure department goals are met.
  • Deliver timely outstanding customer service and support.
  • Foster a customer-first culture through coaching and mentorship.
  • This position is a temporary position with a possible permanent extension

What Were Looking For:

  • 3 years of automotive experience ideally in the service department.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Highly organized hardworking and self-driven.
  • Strong time management abilities to oversee a busy service operation.
  • Prior leadershipexperience is a strong asset.
