Were looking for a Head Cheer and Dance Coach whos ready to inspire student-athletes ignite school pride and build a program that the entire Lyon community rallies behind. This is a full-time 12-month position where your leadership will set the tone for excitement on game days campus events and beyond.

What Youll Do

• Lead dynamic practices that push student-athletes to excel while keeping the team energized and motivated.
  
  
• Teach cheer and dance fundamentals while elevating technique performance and confidence.
  
  
• Foster teamwork resilience and school spirit that electrifies the stands.
  
  
• Recruit passionate and talented student-athletes who are eager to represent the Scots.
  
  
• Teach a limited number of physical education courses (dependent upon background experience)
  
  
• Take on other opportunities to engage with and inspire Lyon students.
  

What Were Looking For

• High school diploma required:bachelors degree preferred.
  
  
• Previous coaching experience at the high school or college level.
  
  
• A high-energy leader who is approachable motivating and committed to helping students grow both on and off the mat.
