What youll do:

• Responsible for supporting day-to-day activities for cash processing and reconciliation in support of our business partners and client activities.
• Monitor daily and intraday reports creation. Process transfer agent and paying agent activities.
• Support debt service activities and work with client service teams to escalate daily activities to meet business obligations.
• Participate with technology support teams on initiatives to improve process and create efficiencies.
• Perform testing for system and process flow changes.

What youll need:

• 2 years of related experience.
• High school diploma required; Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations including deposit operations loan administration treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations rules and regulations industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate TranStar experience preferred.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
