Departmental Analyst 9-P11
The purpose of this position is to manage the MI Health Link 1915(c) waiver slots for the MI Health Link program using the 1915(c) Waiver Management Data Base System. Under the direction of the section manager this position will be responsible for determining whether program participants meet the requirements of the MI Health Link Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) c-waiver. This position will also be responsible for verifying that a Nursing Facility Level of Care Determination (NFLOCD) has been completed timely and accurately for individuals seeking enrollment in the MI Health Link HCBS waiver and that all requirements have been met for an individual to be eligible for c-waiver services. Under the guidance of the manager this position will also assist in managing the Critical Incident Data Base for enrollees of the MI Health Link. This includes monitoring reporting for timeliness and resolution of incidents by the Integrated Care Organizations (ICOs) as well as identifying and trending incidents. This position will participate in interdepartmental health plan and CMS meetings and conference calls as assigned by the section manager.
