Position: 3GPP RAN Plenary Standards Delegate

Position Responsibilities:

1. Participate in 3GPP RAN Plenary meetings on behalf of Huawei Consumer Business Group (CBG) promote the standardization of terminal value topics at the plenary level.
2. Fully understand the product lines standard requirements participate in the development of standard promotion strategies and plans and promote them at RAN Plenary meetings.
3. Obtain industry research trends and industry information at the RAN Plenary level promptly output insight reports and provide valuable input for the standards research team.

Position Requirements:

1. Background in wireless communication technology.
2. Familiarity with 3GPP access network technology and related protocols.
3. More than 8 years of experience participating in 3GPP standard meetings and conducting technical research.
4. Priority given to those who have held relevant positions in 3GPP (including working group chairman/vice-chairman rapporteur for project proposals rapporteur for agreements etc.).
5. Good communication and presentation skills with a good sense of product awareness.
