About the Job:
The Red Hat Customer Success team is looking for an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Executive to join us in Germany (remote or hybrid position but preferably in the area around Frankfurt or Stuttgart).
In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor to SAP by helping them achieve success with Red Hat and maximizing the value realized from Red Hat product subscriptions and services. You will be critical to the long term success of Red Hats offerings and be responsible for the identification of new opportunities as well as the onboarding adoption advocacy retention and growth of the customer account you support. Your ultimate goal will be to cultivate excellent customer relationships and boost value realization for SAPs Red Hat product investments. Youll need a good foundation of technical and software industry knowledge.
What you will do:
Establish a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders define and deliver a customer success and adoption strategy which aligns Red Hats activities to SAPs business goals
Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a migration and modernization roadmap for applicable workloads and applications
Orchestrate design & discovery sessions to build plans for implementing solutions in line with customer business goals
Be the Voice of the Customer; share insights and best practices and connect with Engineering and Product teams to remove blockers
Assess the customer knowledge of Red Hats products and overall cloud readiness to support customers through a structured learning plan and ensure delivery through partners.
Meet or exceed assigned growth and revenue targets
Lead coordinate influence and focus organizational energy across Red Hats departments and partner teams to deliver on the customer success strategy and to handle issues impacting the customers success
What you will bring:
7 years of experience working in an enterprise software environment as a Software Sales Customer Success Executive or technical advisor with focus on business development
Demonstrated knowledge of the SAP domain that enables the development of a well-defined vision and strategy
Substantial customer success experience experience advocating for customers and ability to foster and cultivate relationships with strategic customers and partners
Industry transformation vision and the ability to explain technical topics
Experience with technical project planning and execution management
Ability to independently deliver consultative type customer facing engagements
Practical knowledge of DevOps and agile concepts application development and deployment tools
Practical experience of one or more Public Cloud providers (AWS Azure GCP IBM Cloud) and their integration with enterprise customers is a plus with recent Public Cloud certification a distinct advantage
Proficiency in articulating the business value associated with Red Hat (or related) products and solutions with a demonstrated ability to guide these discussions with customers
Solid understanding of the open-source development model and open-source software solutions like cloud computing common enterprise software applications and DevOps
Experience executing change management within software development teams or enterprise organizations
Outstanding communication skills (fluent in German and English) to lead onsite and virtual strategic business reviews highlighting aspects of customer success with stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to executive leadership
Willingness to travel/ be onsite at the customer location up to 50%
