Job Summary

Join a growing fraud prevention team to play a vital role in protecting businesses and customers from fraudulent activities in the fast-paced travel and tourism sector. As a service-driven multilingual professional you will use your expertise in either French or German alongside English to investigate detect and resolve suspicious transactions while delivering exceptional support to our clients across various communication channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely professional support to business clients and customers via phone email and chat focusing on fraud detection and prevention.
  • Review and investigate flagged transactions or account activities following internal protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Verify the identity of customers and validate transaction authenticity using established procedures.
  • Document and escalate potential fraud cases appropriately for further review or action.
  • Communicate investigative findings and tailored solutions to affected customers and resolve fraud-related issues promptly.
  • Update internal records accurately for all fraud investigations and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with your team to share best practices support operational goals and continuously improve fraud monitoring processes.
  • Stay informed of the latest fraud typologies tools and best practices in fraud risk management.

Essential Skills Qualifications & Experience for Fraud Activity Roles

  • Native or fluent proficiency in French or German (C1-C2) both spoken and written plus strong command of English (B2/C1 level).
  • Minimum requirement: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of customer service fraud prevention risk analysis or a related field experience with proven reliability.
  • Stable employment record demonstrating attention to detail and integrity.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
  • High level of discretion sensitivity to confidential information and professional conduct at all times.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities critical thinking and initiative in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with anti-fraud tools case management systems or automated customer support platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing technologies and evolving fraud trends.
  • Team-oriented mindset readiness to share insights and commitment to continuous learning.
