What youll do
- Procure information from Insurance Companies via Telephone
- Process tasks post payments and payoffs in loan servicing system
- Update insurance information in loan servicing system
- Issue payments to insurance companies
- Prepare UPS labels for overnight mailings
- Work correspondence in the Electronic Customer File
- Prepare global system notes
- Research accounts and provide resolution
- Image documents
- Process Skip trace information
- Research accounts and provide resolution
- Work and import correspondence in the Electronic Customer File
- Processes loss claims according to client regulations policies and procedures
- Performs account research and provides detailed analysis and advice to management and customers
- Provides Lender/Servicer customer service support regarding account via email and phone
- Provides loss claim-related assistance
- Initiate tasks in the imaging workflow as appropriate from centralized lender email account
- Ensures all calls and emails from the centralized lender email account and phone lines are responded to according to procedure and service standards
- Process of Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy cases
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with loan servicing platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
