The Programmer Analyst will be a hands-on technical member of the Student Administration Systems team responsible for implementing and maintaining software systems and interfaces to various student information systems including PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. This is an internal customer-facing role and requires excellent prioritization responsiveness highly technical skills along with excellent verbal communication keeping with the Enrollment Services values and competencies the incumbent develops and maintains positive working relationships with both internal and external constituents. Furthermore the incumbent provides services that are equitable inclusive and culturally sensitive to enhance the quality of campus life. This position uses a student-centered and equity-minded approach in all communication and service efforts.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise including high-level proficiency in ERP systems and advanced knowledge of PeopleSoft tools such as SQL SQR App Engine Application Designer PeopleCode and PeopleTools. Experience with Campus Solutions and Student Administration modules is preferred along with familiarity with UNIX environments and the ability to support related student applications. They demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills communicate effectively and collaborate well with both technical and functional teams. This candidate is organized listens actively and maintains a respectful professional approach when working with students faculty and staff aligned with the universitys mission and values.

Salary placement is determined by the education experience and qualifications the candidate brings to the position internal equity and the hiring departments fiscal resources.
Hiring Range: The hiring range for this position is $7500 - $9583 per month commensurate with candidates education experience skills and training.
CSU Classification Salary Range: The CSU Classification Salary Range for this position is $5158 - $12730 per month.
1.0 time-base 40 hours per week.
This is a temporary position for 1 year with no permanent status granted. Temporary assignments may expire prior to the ending date.
