About the position
We are looking for an advisor with expertise in data protection large databases and AI methods. We will create an infrastructure for labeling and annotation of neurophysiological data. The data will also be linked to diagnostic codes and other clinical the long term the database will be used to train medical doctors in interpretation of EEG and NCS as well as to develop AI-based decision support systems.
The position is linked to the research group for neurophysiology led by Kristian Bernhard Nilsen. The work involves following up the project both administratively and professionally.

Work tasks
- Create a infrastructure for collection labeling and annotation of neurophysiological data
- Communicate with IT department regardingimplementation in TSD and Forskningsplattformen
- Communicate with external stakeholders that might use the infrastructure
- Assist project participants in the use and development of the infrastructure
- Documentation of the system.
- Create standard operating procedures andstandards for annotation/labeling
- Some travel must be expected
Qualifications:
Experience with database development in particular SQL programming
Knowledge of clinical neurophysiological methodspreferable a medical doctor specialised in clinical neurophysiology
In depth knowledge of data formats forEEG EMG and NCS
Privacy regulations for the healthcare sector and especially MDR regulations
Should have experience with documentation for FDA/CEapproval of AI systems for the healthcare sector.
Good writing skills
