We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilledSubstance Use Disorder therapist to join our teamfull-time. This role is essential to our mission providing therapy crisis support and service coordination for mental health clients in a variety of settings. As a Substance Use Disorder Therapist with Carolina Outreach you will provide group and individual substance use disorder counseling to individuals with a substance use disorder.

Our comprehensive range of services include school-based therapy outpatient treatment psychiatric evaluations community support and substance use services.
Position Description:
- Respond to client and/or stakeholder concerns or complaints as needed.
- Ensure all services provided are appropriately authorized.
- Create develop monitor revise and implement the clients Person-Centered Plan.
- Provide clinical guidance and/or oversight in the development of crisis plans and transition plans when clients move in and out of services.
- Provide written documentation as required. This will include treatment notes goals and plans for the medical record (e.g. service notes person-centered plan)
Duties May Also Include
- DWI Services
- Complete DWI assessments
- Facilitate DWI group and individual treatment
- Complete 508s for DWI assessments and treatment completion
- Ensure that all fees are paid prior to 508 submission
- Other duties appropriate for a Substance use disorder Counselor as assigned.
- Advocate for the client family and natural supports in the community.

Compensation:
Estimated income ranges:
- Associate Licensed:$54373 - $60168
*Final compensation is determined by factors such as education licensure level experience and other qualifications.
This position is:
- Onsite. The work is performed on-site or at a designated assignment location.
Qualifications
Position Qualifications.
- Education:Masters degree in Pyschology social work or counseling.
- Licensure:Must hold a LCAS/A in NC.
