Job Summary

The Human Resource Information Specialist develops and manages business intelligence solutions for human resources and the organization. They provide training and technical support for the division and the organization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new processes and systems for efficient HR management.
  • Optimize HRIS processes integrating new software and performing diagnostic tests.
  • Identify HR concerns and resolve application issues.
  • Perform application upgrades.
  • Perform audits on HR processes and documents including hiring termination of service and payroll administration when required.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for HR information systems.
  • Analyze HRIS performance metrics.
  • Provide training and technical support.
  • Document processes.
  • Compile data analysis reports.
  • Ensure efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics including attendance and employee performance data.
  • Stay current on technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • 3 years as an HRIS analyst HR systems administration HR data analytics or related technology experience.
  • Experience in documenting processes as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits.
  • Experience in working and analyzing HR systems.
  • Experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency in database management and security as well as running SQL queries.
  • Preferred experience with Human Resources Information System specifically UKG.
  • Ability to gather and interpret data as well as improve processes.
  • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends.
  • Ability to collaborate provide technical support and train staff.
  • Ability to multi-task think logically and work independently and as a team player.
  • Exceptional planning time management and project management skills.
  • Problem-solving analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional attitude.

Market Range: 8 / 40 hours per week / Hybrid

Salary: $55300-$86000
