Position Description:
We are seeking a motivated and self-driven summer intern to support our Internal Communications team. This intern will support strategic communication efforts that connect employees across global regions. The role includes hands-on experience with campaigns content creation and managing communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing internal campaigns that support global company-wide priorities and maintain consistent messaging across regions.
- Help manage internal communication platforms (e.g. intranet email newsletters digital signage) including content scheduling publishing and performance tracking.
- Contribute to the editorial calendar by researching drafting and editing content for various internal audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote internal events like town halls engagement activities and recognition programs using diverse communication tactics.
- Support the development of integrated communication strategies that utilize multiple channels to enhance reach and impact.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing engagement metrics to guide future communication strategies and improve content effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college for at least one semester prior to internship or co-op and at least one additional semester following internship or co-op.
- Must be pursuing at least a bachelors level degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or related major.
- Academic performance: Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8/4.0.
- Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e. extracurricular activities or projects).
- Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship (students on an F1 visa with CPT can be accommodated).
- Ability to commit to a full time (40 hrs. per week) Intern position.
