The role:
As a Casual Customer Service Officer you will be the friendly first point of contact at our front counter and call centre handling enquiries requests and payments. Youll also support administrative tasks maintain accurate records and contribute to improving customer service processes. This casual role involves working on a rotational roster providing great variety and flexibility.
