Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Operations Officer / Knowledge Manager will provide critical support to the CACW (Center for Advanced Characterization of Weapons) reporting efforts with a focus on Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) initiatives. This individual will serve as a key enabler of data collection coordination and archival to ensure timely accurate responses to government agency Requests for Information (RFIs) and routine data addition this role supports travel and reporting requirements and manages relevant enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Reporting Requirements:
Assist with the preparation coordination and submission of CACW reporting deliverables aligned with Scientific and Technical Intelligence objectives. - RFI Management:
Collaborate with the Program Manager to collect analyze and synthesize program data to respond to RFIs from government stakeholders accurately and promptly. - Data Call Coordination:
Plan coordinate and execute periodic data calls with Intelligence Centers; ensure data is collected validated and submitted on schedule. - Knowledge Management & Archiving:
Maintain organized archives of historical data and current reporting artifacts to support program analysis and long-term trend assessments. - System Administration:
Act as manager for key systems and tools including DARTS Coliseum and ESM. Ensure data accuracy accessibility and compliance with relevant policies. - Travel & Reporting Tracking:
Serve as the lead for travel tracking and reporting management. Ensure travel data and reporting submissions are accurately logged updated and aligned with mission requirements. - Liaison & Coordination:
Interface with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate efficient information exchange and maintain situational awareness across programs.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience w/o BS/BA 8 years of experience w/BS/BA.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in intelligence support operations or knowledge management.
- An additional 4 years experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Familiarity with DARTS Coliseum and ESM systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- TS/SCI security clearance with ability to pass a poly

Target Salary Range
$104000 - $166000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
