Position: Construction Administrator
Salary range: $2000 - $2500
Work hours: EST
Key Responsibilities
- Contract and Document Management: Administer prepare and track contractual documentation and correspondence. Ensure all commercial agreements are filed correctly and up to date.
- Financial Support: Assist with preparing invoices tracking payments and reconciling accounts. Help monitor project budgets and create financial reports for the commercial team.
- Data and Reporting: Maintain and update various trackers and databases ensuring data accuracy. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators for management.
- Office Administration: Provide general administrative support including answering phone calls responding to emails and managing inquiries. Youll also help organize meetings and handle correspondence.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers accountants and other departments to support project needs and ensure seamless operations.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as required to support the commercial departments day-to-day functions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or a similar role ideally within a commercial or construction environment.
- Skills: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel. You should be excellent at organizing have a high level of attention to detail and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You need to be able to communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues clients and suppliers.
- Personal Attributes: A proactive self-motivated individual with a positive attitude. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: An associate or bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is a plus
