Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Create Canva visuals schedule posts and handle simple design requests for the social media team.
- Maintain an organized photo/video asset library (naming folders usage notes).
- Support onboarding ops: send pre-boarding emails/invites prepare schedules coordinate welcome kits and assist during orientation.
- Keep trackers data and documents up to date (attendance equipment buddy assignments) to ensure every new joiners onboarding runs smoothly.
Requirements
- Open for final-year student or fresh graduates
- Comfortable with Canva/Capcut as well as Google Spreadsheet and Excel
- Organized detail-oriented and great communication
- Basic skill in photography or video is a plus
