How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

• Executar atividades designadas para cumprir prazos normas procedimentos e volume de produção (com indicadores de volume qualidade segurança zero retrabalho e zero acidentes).

• Movimentar cilindros conforme padrões de qualidade e segurança do Grupo e procedimentos operacionais.
• Realizar análises e contra-análises de gases industriais para garantir a qualidade.
• Emitir relatórios corporativos de gestão e controle e tratar não conformidades.
• Atuar como Responsável Técnico de Qualidade durante a produção relatando não conformidades (vazamentos problemas em bombas nível de tanque baixo cilindros sem pressão residual).
• Realizar inspeções em cilindros (físico pintura conexão da válvula tulipas válvulas numeração datas de validade prova hidrostática) e registrar dados em sistemas (TOTVS/Centro de Enchimento).
• Efetuar controles em todas as etapas produtivas (recepção seleção enchimento controle em processo) e preencher dossiês de produção.
• Assegurar o preenchimento claro legível e sem rasuras de todos os documentos de produção.
• Quando necessário realizar manutenções de equipamentos para conformidade com requisitos de qualidade e segurança.
