Edelman is seeking a dynamic Experiential & Content Producer to join our award-winning Production team in London. This is a hands-on hybrid role for someone who thrives in creative environments enjoys building compelling brand experiences and can manage complex production workflows from concept through delivery.
As a producer youll partner with creatives strategists client teams and external collaborators to craft outstanding work for some of the worlds most influential brands including Microsoft ebay Shell and Unilever. From experiential activations to high-impact content youll be central to how stories come to life across platforms.
What Youll Work On:
- End-to-end production across experiential event and content campaigns
- Collaborating with creative and client teams to shape ideas and define production approaches
- Engaging and managing production partners and freelance talent
- Budgeting and cost negotiations with transparency and precision
- Coordinating timelines talent suppliers logistics and legal/contractual details
- Safeguarding quality compliance and profitability across multiple workstreams
- Supporting operational excellence by improving processes and maintaining wrap documentation
What were Looking For:
- Proven experience producing experiential activations and filmed content
- Background in agency or in-house production environments working with corporate brands
- Strong organisational and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Deep knowledge of production and post-production processes (including risk management and legal)
- Collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead problem-solve and deliver under pressure
- Familiarity with business affairs IP considerations and contract workflows
- A passion for producing engaging content and environments that move people
