IT Service Coordinator

Job Description

IT Service Coordinator

Coordinates the integration and delivery of Information Technology solutions to meet business requirements. Works independently to manage IT service activities support system implementations and ensure effective service delivery across the organization.

Overview: Manages day-to-day IT service coordination activities including system implementations infrastructure support and client service operations. Ensures IT solutions align with business needs and follows established standards and procedures. Coordinates project activities and contributes to the successful delivery of IT services across multiple business areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently coordinates IT service requests and initiatives across different business functions and teams

  • Manages the implementation and maintenance of IT Service Management processes and tools

  • Maintains comprehensive documentation for IT services procedures and system configurations

  • Coordinates cross-functional IT activities to ensure service requests are properly tracked prioritized and completed on schedule

  • Monitors and maintains IT workplace platforms and SaaS applications troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolutions

  • Manages assigned project workstreams by tracking deliverables facilitating meetings and ensuring milestones are met

  • Gathers and documents business and technical requirements for IT solutions

  • Coordinates testing and validation activities for new systems updates and integrations

  • Creates and maintains user guides training materials and support documentation

  • Works to ensure systems meet availability and performance standards coordinating with technical teams as needed

  • Facilitates communication between IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment

  • Tracks and reports on IT service metrics and KPIs identifying trends and areas for improvement

  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements and contributes to optimization initiatives

  • Resolves moderately complex technical and business issues; escalates critical issues appropriately

  • Stays current on IT standards best practices and emerging technologies relevant to the role

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT service coordination project coordination or related field

  • Working knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)

  • Strong organizational problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Experience coordinating across technical and business teams

Location: Czechia either fully remote or hybrid or fully on site at our office in Prague or Bulgaria fully remote or hybrid or fully on site at our office in Sofia.
