About the Role
Weee! is seeking a highly organized personable and proactive Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of our office this role youll be the driving force behind maintaining a clean safe productive and welcoming environment that enables our employees to do their best work.
As the first point of contact for visitors and a key partner to HR Facilities Safety and Engagement teams youll manage everything from inventory and travel to onboarding and events. Responsibilities:
Office Operations & Facilities
- Manage daily office operations across HQ and other U.S. locations
- Ensure offices are stocked with the right supplies and resources
- Partner with Safety and Facilities teams to uphold safety compliance and emergency protocols
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness organization and ambience
- Evaluate and improve office layout and functionality
- Manage visitor experience in accordance with Weee! guidelines
- Maintain vendor relationships and monitor service quality
Mini Market Management
- Oversee in-house mini-market operations (inventory vendor coordination payment tracking reporting)
Administrative & Logistics Support
- Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain organized itineraries
- Handle all incoming and outgoing shipping and mailing needs
- Track office-related budgets expenses and compliance communications
Employee Experience
- Prepare onboarding logistics: desk setup supply availability welcome experience
- Support and host office events and team-building activities with the Engagement team
Qualifications:
- Must have:
- 3 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of office management responsibilities systems and procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technology Proficiency experience with Google Workspace expense systems travel platforms
- Be onsite and available for office-related needs 9am-5pm everyday
- Nice to have:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field is preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Prior experience managing vendors supplies and budgets.

Compensation Range
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75000 - $89500
- This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus incentives and benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for new hires for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job-related skills experience and work locations.
