Schedule: Full-Time Monday Thursday
Position Summary
The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all manufactured parts meet established quality standards before moving through production. This role involves hands-on inspection accurate measurement and proactive troubleshooting of quality concerns. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail is confident using precision tools and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inspect parts and components to verify they meet required specifications.
Use precision measurement tools such as calipers micrometers and gauges.
Accurately document inspection results and maintain quality records.
Identify troubleshoot and communicate quality concerns to production and leadership.
Collaborate with team members and leadership to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in quality inspection manufacturing or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of inspection methods and measurement tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
High attention to detail and accuracy in recording measurements.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
